Introduction

You might be going through a season where a lot of things feel stuck, exhausting, uncertain. This message, shared during a CCNV service, wants to meet you right there, with two simple words: free and ready. Free, because that's God's plan for your life. Ready, because a new season is opening, and God wants you to step into it fully equipped.

The five-year season of freedom comes to a close in December 2025, and a new cycle begins in 2026. God has not forgotten his promises for you. He is preparing you to carry his glory into this world: the fragrance of Jesus, hope, joy, miracles, and blessings.

1. God has not forgotten his promises for you

"These promises for your life will come to pass." That's the word shared during the service. If you've doubted, if you've grown discouraged, stop blaming your God. What he has said, he will do. He is with you, he will not abandon you, he is rebuilding your life, he is bringing miracles, healing, freedom.

Speak to your soul. Keep believing and hoping. God is good and faithful, and his promises stand firm even when your circumstances shake.

2. Your ministry doesn't depend on how you feel

There are days when you don't feel well. That doesn't mean the light has stopped shining in you. It simply means you feel bad. The key is having faith in the Holy Spirit, who guides you, renews you, and strengthens you while you pray for others.

How many times have prayer groups, services, ministry times been carried by brothers and sisters who were running on empty? It's precisely in those moments of weakness that the Lord moves with power. He sees the need of others, and he sees your need too. Don't look at how you feel or at what your life is going through: move forward, get up, walk, and keep proclaiming the Gospel.

Look at Paul. Beaten, thrown into prison, in danger on sinking ships, chained up. He didn't look at his circumstances. He kept writing, encouraging, correcting, shepherding from a distance churches he never saw. He knew the message entrusted to him was greater than his passing troubles.

3. Three testimonies that nothing is impossible

A woman met on the street. She seemed in a hurry. A flyer was handed to her, and a conversation opened up. Within a few minutes, a hand on her shoulder, a prayer for her health and for her discouraged soul. The Lord is still sending workers today to tell those who are suffering: "You are not alone. Someone loves you. A caring Father is sending someone to tell you there is hope."

Atilio and Laura, now living near Milan. Five years ago, they left Argentina for Italy. Recently, Atilio's boss called him: plane ticket, hotel, car (all paid for), for a trip back to his home country, Argentina. The Lord sent him back to see his family, his brothers and sisters from church, without him even having to ask. Nothing is impossible for God. He mobilizes resources and events on your behalf, often in ways you never saw coming.

Natalia and her healing. Two surgeries, a difficult diagnosis, months of imbalance, then chemotherapy. Her pastors, Tina and Alberto, gave up their free time to go with her to the hospital. At the imaging follow-up, the doctor compared her old scans to the new ones: "Last year, you had a lot of nodules. Today, you have none." The doctor himself was stunned. Natalia continues preventive treatment, but she is healthy.

4. Your freedom: a gift, and a target of the enemy

When you first meet Jesus, when the Holy Spirit touches you, chains break, joy comes in, miracles open up, blockages fall away. What happens inside you shows on the outside. Your family can be touched by God's glory, the people around you start seeing you differently.

But some will rise up against you. Why? Because there is an enemy who does not want you to reach that freedom. The grace you receive is free and comes from God. It's there to bless you and to bless many others through you. Whatever you receive from God (that love), share it. Every time you share, the Lord fills the empty space in you so you can share again.

5. Getting ready, the way you get ready for an exam

An athlete gets ready for the Olympics, a student gets ready for a final exam. The Lord asks us to get ready, not for a test, but for a change of life. "Be ready for the time when everything is about to change."

When Atilio and Laura left for Italy, they had to find housing, learn the language, sort out paperwork, choose a city. Getting ready starts with asking yourself honest questions: where do you want to go? What is your plan? What are you expecting from God?

And above all: what does God want to change in your life that you haven't even seen coming yet? Sometimes we get stuck on our own requests: "Lord, change this, and that." Meanwhile he wants to change far more than what's on your list. Get ready to be surprised.

6. Rebuilding starts on the inside

Being set free to step into a new season, that's the key word for the end of this cycle. Rebuilding starts inside you and spreads outward. Like a house: God doesn't just want to redo the walls and the roof, he wants to touch the foundations too, the things you can't see.

In which area of your life do you need his mercy? In which area do you need his justice? There may be things in your life that have always been part of the scenery, things you assumed God had placed there, that he now wants to transform because he has something better for you. Open your eyes, open your ears, ask the Holy Spirit to bring his light to the deepest places.

7. The weapons of our warfare: 2 Corinthians 10:3-7

Paul writes to the Corinthians, in a city marked by great spiritual battles: "For though we walk in the flesh, we don't wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" (2 Corinthians 10:3-7, WEB).

You live in the flesh: you eat, you breathe, you go to the beach, you play sports, you watch a movie. God created all of that for your good. But you don't wage war according to the flesh. If you try to fight this battle with fleshly weapons, there will be no fruit.

Strongholds of arguments come to convince you: "nothing is going to change, it's impossible, you're going to fail." If you don't tear them down, your faith stays crushed underneath. The battle is fought in the mind. Tear down these strongholds of arguments in the name of Jesus. Often, behind the discouragement hides something else: a spirit of division, of deception, of poverty, of violence. The Holy Spirit will show you.

8. The vision of the Church: proclaim, shepherd, send

The Lord has given the Church a clear vision:

• Proclaim. Go preach the Gospel, evangelize, open your home for prayer groups, invite those who don't yet know Jesus.
• Shepherd. Take care, encourage, minister, like Tina and Alberto did for Natalia. Restore truth with gentleness wherever there is disorder.
• Send. It isn't a pastor who raises people up: it's the Lord who shows who is meant to rise. We watch, we pay attention to what the Holy Spirit is doing in people's lives, how he sends them and how he equips them.
