How do you pray for your husband or your wife?
Pray for what you know of their needs: their health, their work, their relationship with God, their weariness. Give thanks for their qualities and ask God to help you grow too. Avoid praying for the other person to change: first ask God to work in you, then to bless your marriage.
How do you pray together when one of you is more comfortable than the other?
Start simply: one sentence of thanks, a verse read together, a short request. Jesus promises to be present where two or three are gathered in his name (Matthew 18:20). There is no required length or style, sincerity matters more than ease.
