Lord, I entrust this day to you with my family. You know my limits, my tiredness and the moments when I lose patience. Give me the wisdom you promise to those who ask for it. Help me speak gently, listen well and correct with love. May my home be a place where everyone feels loved and safe. Show me the needs of each of my children. Forgive my mistakes and help me start again without losing heart. Thank you for walking with us today. In Jesus' name, amen.
James 1:5
Father, my children are a gift from you and I place them in your hands. I cannot be everywhere with them, but you always see them. Protect them, guard their hearts and lead them to know you personally. When I worry about their future, their choices or their health, remind me that you love them more than I do. Help me guide them by my example as much as by my words. I do not dictate their path to you, I ask you to lead them according to your will. In Jesus' name, amen.
Psalm 127:3
Lord, thank you for my parents, for all they have given me, even imperfectly. Thank you for the sacrifices I did not measure. Help me honor them with my respect, my attention and my time. Where there are wounds or silences, grant us forgiveness and reconciliation. Bless them in their age and their needs, give them your peace and let them know your love. Thank you for the family you have entrusted to me. May our home glorify you. In Jesus' name, amen.

Pray for their salvation, their protection, their friendships and their character. You can simply say: "Lord, keep my child and help them grow in knowing you." The Bible invites us to train a child in the way they should go (Proverbs 22:6), and prayer supports that teaching without replacing your example. Entrust them to God, who loves them.
Thank God for your child or loved one, and ask him to strengthen them in the faith. In evangelical churches, baptism follows a personal decision to believe in Jesus (Acts 2:41). Parents can pray with gratitude, ask God to strengthen the person being baptized, and commit to supporting them in their life as a disciple.
Pray with patience and love, without pressuring them. Ask God to open their hearts to the gospel and to give you opportunities to witness by your life. Paul reminds us that God wants all people to be saved (1 Timothy 2:3-4). Keep honoring your parents with your respect: your conduct often speaks louder than your arguments.
