Église Évangélique Baptiste de Strasbourg

Église Évangélique Baptiste de Strasbourg, also known as Église Baptiste de Strasbourg-Meinau, meets at 32 rue du Languedoc in the Meinau district of Strasbourg (67100), France. Affiliated with the FEEBF (Fédération des Églises Évangéliques Baptistes de France) and a member of the CNEF, it also belongs to the Entente des Églises protestantes évangéliques of the Eurométropole de Strasbourg. Its motto, "Rassembler, aimer, aller" ("Gather, love, go"), reflects a welcoming community reachable by tram (line A or E, Hohwart stop) with on-site parking.

The church's roots go back to the early 1950s, when a pastor began German-language Bible studies in Strasbourg; the congregation later became bilingual and then French-speaking, settling in Meinau in the 1960s. It became autonomous in 1983, joining the FEEBF, and grew significantly in social outreach through the ABBA association. It planted a daughter church in Erstein in the late 1990s and opened a new site in Neudorf in 2022. Pastor Glyn Hackett now leads the pastoral team.

Sunday worship is informal - "come as you are" - held from 10 to 11:30 am, with dedicated programs for children and teenagers. Church life also includes small sharing groups, the PEP'S children's program, a men's group, a theology café, and Bible training courses, in a community that welcomes people regardless of background or social status.
