Who is KXC (King's Cross Church)?
KXC, short for King's Cross Church, is an Anglican church in King's Cross, London. It was launched on 14 February 2010 by Pete and Bee Hughes, commissioned by the Bishop of London and sent out from St Mary's Bryanston Square. After early days in a United Reformed church, in homes and in pubs, it now meets at King's House on Pentonville Road. Pete Hughes serves as vicar and lead pastor alongside Bee Hughes.
Its vision is to recklessly give themselves away to God, to each other and to the people of King's Cross and beyond. The church now holds five services on Sundays, along with activities for children and students and a range of initiatives in the neighbourhood. Its teaching is published on YouTube. Efficient Church summarizes a selection of them on this page: each article distils a teaching with its key verses and links back to the original video and the church's channel.
