Listen
Phidelia is a trio of musician brothers formed in December 2020, whose name combines the Greek word phileo, love, and the word fidelity, in reference to God's eternal love. In 2022 the group released the EP Aimé de Toi, six worship tracks carrying a message of faithfulness and love.

Phidelia was born in December 2020 out of the musical meeting of three brothers, who until then had been used to writing songs for their respective families' gatherings, each involved in his own local church. What began as a private practice turned into a shared project when the three brothers felt the desire to share their message more widely: to proclaim that everyone's calling is to love and to be loved.

The group's name sums up this project in a single word: Phidelia combines the Greek phileo, love, and the word fidelity, to recall that God's love is eternal and his faithfulness continual. In 2022, the trio released its first EP, Aimé de Toi, six worship songs that explore this same theme, from grace received to the response of a heart that gives itself.

How did Phidelia get started?

Before forming Phidelia, the three brothers were already writing songs for their family gatherings, alongside their commitment to their respective churches. In December 2020, they decided to bring their talents together to give a wider reach to what had, until then, remained a family exercise.

What makes Phidelia distinctive?

Phidelia's distinctive trait lies in its very name, conceived as a theological summary: phileo for love, fidelity for God's constancy toward his own. The group places this dual idea at the center of its one and only EP, Aimé de Toi, where every track returns, from a different angle, to the certainty of being loved and never abandoned.
