A Short Prayer to Increase My Faith
Lord, I believe, help my unbelief. I want to trust you, but my doubts are sometimes strong. Increase my faith. Remind me of your faithfulness in the past and open my heart to your Word. Help me walk by faith and not by sight. Make me someone who counts on you, day after day. Thank you for listening to me, even when my faith is small. I give you my fears, my questions and my plans. Strengthen my heart, teach me perseverance and help me seek you every day. In Jesus' name, amen.
Mark 9:24
A Prayer to Find Faith Again After a Season of Doubt
Father, I have drifted away, and my faith has grown weak. I have known disappointments and questions without answers. I come to you honestly. I am not asking you to explain everything, but to give me back my trust. Bring me back close to you and renew my desire to know you. Help me open your Word and find fellowship again with your people. Thank you that you do not reject me. You are patient and faithful. Help me persevere. I am coming back to you. Amen.
Hebrews 11:6
A Prayer of Trust in Your Promises
Lord, thank you that your promises are sure. You are faithful, and your Word does not change. Even when I cannot see yet, I choose to believe that you are good and that you are at work. I give you my plans, my needs and my future, without telling you how to answer. Strengthen my faith while I wait. May I trust you with all my heart and not lean on my own understanding. To you be the glory for your faithfulness. Amen.

Frequently asked questions
How can you find faith again when you have doubts?
Doubts are a reality even for sincere believers. Talk to God honestly about them, read his Word, pray and surround yourself with Christians who can encourage you. God does not turn away the one who doubts sincerely. He helps the one who says, "I believe, help my unbelief." Faith grows step by step.
How do you say your first prayer?
You need no formula. Talk to God as to a father: thank him, tell him what you feel, ask his forgiveness and his help, then close in the name of Jesus. God listens to every sincere prayer. What matters is coming to him with an open heart.
Can a prayer guarantee money or success?
No. The Bible teaches no prayer to repeat in order to get money. It invites us to ask God for our daily bread, to trust him and to work honestly. God knows our needs. Seek his kingdom first, and entrust your future to him without dictating a result.
